Management Team

AMIS is a transparent and informal organisation. The Management Team is easily accessible to our customers and employees. We would like to introduce you to our members:

Rob van de Star

Rob van de Star (1956) is Chief Executive Officer at AMIS. Rob van de Star studied business management and was employed in both managerial and administrative positions. Prior to accepting this post, Rob van de Star occupied a number of management positions as vice president at Capgemini and, with 25 years of professional experience, he is the person who can help AMIS realise its growth ambitions. Rob will also act as a sounding board for members of the IT management board.

Frank Bongers

Frank Bongers (1972) is Sales Director at AMIS and leads the Sales team. His career started with Oracle, where he assumed various roles. His focus on the customer, and the added value that IT projects provide to the customer, make him an ideal Manager in commercial roles. He joined AMIS in 2005 to support the company in its efforts to further improve its customer focus.

André van Dalen

André van Dalen (1968) is Delivery Director at AMIS. André is, amongst other, responsible for all  programs, projects and Service Level Agreements.
Apart from high level education on IT and Business Administration, André’s got an extensive track record in ICT projects, management and commerce. His experience in our business accompagnied by his people management skills see to it that André is the ideal person responsible for delivery.

Lucas Jellema

As the Expertise Manager, Lucas Jellema (1969) is responsible for the technological path of AMIS. Prior to joining AMIS in 2002, Lucas worked for Oracle’s worldwide Internet Development Centre of Excellence. Lucas publishes a lot of information and attends many international conferences as a lecturer, such as Oracle Open World, JavaOne and ODTUG. Oracle has appointed him Oracle ACE Director, a title that has only ever been given to three Dutch nationals. He is currently working on the development of one of the biggest spearheads at AMIS: Service-Oriented Architecture. Some of Lucas’s publications can be seen on the Technology Blog and the archive of articles.

Yvonne Langhorst

Yvonne Langhorst (1974) responsible for our Accounting Department at AMIS.  Yvonne sees to it that our organization is and remains in control. Yvonne studied Accountancy at the HEAO and did a post-HBO Financial Controller studies. Before Yvonne joined AMIS in 2007, she worked in accountancy and financial services at, amongst other, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM.
